Gulkand Ice cream, simple and easy ice cream.

Rose petal Ice cream, best homemade unique lockdown ice cream.

Gulkand is marinated in rose petal with sugar syrup.

Ingredients :

1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup condensed milk
3/4 cup milk powder
2 tblspn gulkand
1-2 tspn rose essence
Few more chunks of gulkand

Rose petal (optional)


Method :

Step 1
. In a mixer jar add whipping cream

Step 2
. Add condensed milk & milk powder


Step 3
. Add gulkand & rose essence

Step 4
. Blend it for 3-4 mins


Step 5
. Transfer into a freezer safe
Container

Optional step :
. Pick rose petals & spread it over


Step 6
. Add gulkand chunks

Step 7
. Freeze it overnight or 8 hrs..

Step 8
. Next day scoop up the ice cream, & taste...
