Podi / Gun powder is helping hand.

Podi with flavour of garlic makes the dish delicious. Perfect sidedish for idlly, dosa & steamed rice..
Mixing the gun powder with ghee , coconut oil or sesame oil..

Easy to make and it fan be stored in glass jar, and stored upto 5-6 weks..


Ingredients :

3/4 cup toor dhall
1/2 cup urud dhall
5-7 garlic clove
3-4  red chilli
Curry leaves
Salt
Hing
1 cup chutney channa dhall
1/2 tspn oil

Method :

Step 1
. Keep all things ready

Step 2
. Heat a kadai, add 1/2 tspn oil, fry red chillies, urud dhall, curry leave, toor dhall, chutney channa and garlic separately.

Step 3
. Transfer all to a plate, let it cool down completely..

Step 4
. Transfer into a mixer jar and grind into smooth powder.


Step 5
. Spread it over a paper & let it cool down

Step 6

. Store it in a air tight container..

Step 7
 . Taste your garlic gun powder with a crispy dosa..
