Digestive cake is easy no bake cake...
Fudgy chocolate taste.. this cake will melt in mouth...
*Course : Dessert
*Prep time : 10 mins
* Cooking time : 5-10 mins
* Chilling time : 30 mins + 1 hr
Ingredients :
. Digestive biscuits : 200 grm
. Sugar : 100 grm
. Butter : 100 grm
. Coco powder : 20 grm
. Water : 100 ml
. Fresh cream : 100 ml
. Dark chocolate : 100 grm ( chop it into large chunks )
Method :
Step 1
. Break digestive biscuits into uneven small size..
Step 2
. In a saucepan add Coco powder, sugar & water stir well.. makes sure there is no lumps..
Step 3
. Turn on the flame heat the Coco, sugar liquid in medium heat.. add butter to it.. boil for 5 mins...
Step 4
. Pour this chocolate syrup into the biscuits.. stir well..
Step 5
. Take a cake tray, place a butter papper, trasfer the biscuit mixture into the tray, and give gentle press.. store it in the fridge for 30 mins
Step 6
. After 30 mins.. heat a saucepan add fresh cream, and dark chocolate chunks mix well.. let it thicken..
Step 7
. Take the chilled biscut tray and pour the chocolate Ganache over it.. and chill it for 1 hr...
Step 8
. After 1 hr.. remove from the fridge.. add some finely chopped almonds over it..
Yummy delicious fudgy chocolate cake is ready...
