Wheat nut laddu - kids healthy snack

Hi there...

Wheat nut laddu or wheat nut balls are healthy snack...

It counts all the goodness of peanut, wheat & jaggery..

Prep time : 10 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins

Ingredients :

. Wheat flour : 1 cup
. Peanut : 1/2 cup
. Jaggery : 1/2 cup
. Hot water : 2 tblspn
. Ghee : 2-3 tblspn

Method :

Step 1
. Dry roast flour in a pan.. keep it a side..

Step 2

. In the same pan, melt the jaggery, add the roasted flour into the jaggery... Mix well..

Step 3
. Add  the fried peanuts jn a mixer jar.. pulse it for 3-4 min


Step 4
. Add the peanut paste into the wheat flour, add ghee and hot water.. blent it well..


Step 5
. Make small balls..
Wheat nut laddu ready...

Kids will definitely  njoy this heathy nutth snack..
