Rava appam is a healthy evening snack, very easy to make snack ..

Made in just 10 mins, kids will love the taste of it...

Mixing semolina/ rava and wheat flour, maida and sugar with some grated coconut mix with water and frying it in a panniyaram skillet...

So easy as that....

Healthy snack with simple ingredients in just 10 mins


Ingredients :

. Rava : 1 cup
. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
. Plain flour 1/2 cup
. Sugar 1/2 cup
. Grated coconut 2-3 tblspn
. Milk 1/2 cup
. Water 1 cup
. Oil to fry


Method :

Step 1
.  In a bowl add semolina / rava



Step 2
  . Add sugar, wheat flour & all purpose flour

Step 3
  . Add grated coconut , sugar & milk mix well





Step 4
. Add enough water & make into dosa consistency



Step5
. Heat a paniyaram skillet add enough oil or ghee



Step 6
. Add the batter Into skillet and cover & cook for 2-3 mins



Step7
. Flip the sides & cover & cookfor 2 mis


Step 8

. Yummy delicious rava balls are ready....
