Super easy aloo balls/ potato balls recipe.. a very heathy snack..
I wanted to make a quick snack for my kids before they turn back from school.. so I mixed up the leftover rice and tried out this recipe....

Ingredients :
. Aloo /potato :2 boiled
. Leftover rice : 2 tblspn
. Ginger garlic paste : 1 tspn
. Coriander leaves
. Salt
. Turmeric
. Chilli powder
. Garam masala
. Salt
. Fennel seeds
. Oil to fry
Method :
Step 1
. Boil 2 potato and peel the skin
Step2
. Along with potato add cooked rice
Step 3
. Add chopped coriander leaves & curry leaves, Ginger garlic paste.
Step 4
. Add turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala & salt
Step 5
. Add fennel seeds & salt
Step 6
. Mash all the ingredients with for, mix well

. Heat a panniyaram skillet add oil or ghee...
Place the balls in each pit

. Use a spoon to turn the balls to each side.. cook for 2-3 mins

. Crispy.. delicious potato balls are ready..
