Babies from 7 months are ready to start their semi solid meal..
Rather than giving them any store products.. It is always healthy to give Homemade...
Here is a simple & quick porridge receipe for our little ones..
Ingredients:
. Wheat flour - 2 tblspn
. Nut powder - 1 tblsn
. Milk - 1 tblspn
. Brown sugar - 1/2 tblspn
. Water - 1 tblspn
. Ghee - 1/2 tblspn
Serve : 1 bowl
Method :
Step 1
. Dry roast wheat flour in a pan. When it turns lite brown colour.. Transfer it into a bowl. Dilute it with warm water without any lumps.
Step 2
. In the same frying pan add ghee, Milk, sugar, and water allow it to boil.
Step 3.
. Add the diluted wheat into the pan.. Mix it till it gets solidified.
Step 4
. Healthy wheat nut porridge is ready to serve.. Your babies will love this.
*For babies below 1 year of age avoid adding milk.
**Do not add breast milk, or formula in the receipe..
