Crispy Brinjal fry

Hi there..

Everybody likes brinjal.. Here is a different & quickest recepie..

Brinjal/ Eggplant is the easiest choise of vegetables to make a fry in few minutes..

Ingredients:
. Brinjal/eggplant - 3
. Rice flour - 3 tbls
. Salt - as required
. Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
. Garam masala - 3/4 tsp
. Oil to fry

Method:

Step 1
Take brinjal and slice them into thin circles..

Step 2
 Take a bowl add rice flour, salt, chilli powder and garam masala mix well.

Step 3
Take few pieces of slices brinjal and mix it in the flour mixture and keep it a side... Repeat this with all the slices..
Step 4
Keep in the sun/ dry place for 10 minutes

Step 5
Take a pan add 1 tablespoon of oil and shallow fry the brinjals.. After 2minutes flip them..
Step 6
When both the sides are done.. Ready to serve...
