I wondered.. Is it really hard to make ghee at home?
Untill I made it my self..
Now it has become my regular routine to make PURE GHEE by myself.
Im eager to share my style of making ghee..
Step 1
Buy pure milk.. Let it boil... After it cools store it the fridge.
After 2 or 3hours .. Take it off from the fridge. Remove the milk skin store in a cointainer put it in the freezer.. Continue this daily..
I did the procedure for 2 months..
Step 2
Remove the stored continer.. Bring it to room temperature..
Step 3
Take half of the content in a large size mixer jar.. Pulse it with few ice cubes..

Transfer the curdy content into a bowl.. This is Butter..
Wash it several times till it water gets clear.
Step 5
Trapnsfer the cleaned butter into a kadai.. Swith on the flame.. Keep stiring.. Till it starts bubble..
Step 6
Add few curry leaves into to.. Turn off the flame when the precipitate turn brown..
Let it cool transfer it to a container..
PURE GHEE is ready to use..
