Dates Dosa - heathy Instant Dosa - no sugar - no baking soda

Hi there...


Dates are very rich in Iron.. very healthy food for kids... But kids hate taking kids as it is...

My hiding in a food with twist of taste will make heathy instant breakfast for kids.

If you kids don't take dates .. don't wry...

Make them dates dosa, tasty healthy & very instant..
Nobody can find out the dates in  dosa...

Ingredients :
. Dates 5-6
. Wheat flour 2 tblspn
. Milk 3 tblspn
. Water 1/2 cup


Method :

Step 1
. Take dates, deseed it and chop them into small pieces..



Step 2
. Trasfer it into a mixer jar


Step 3
. Add milk and grind into smooth paste


Step 4
. Add wheat flour & add water mix well to make dosa consistency..


Step 5

. Heat a dosa tawa pour a small amout of the batter, make dosa


Step 6
. Cook bothsides.. yummy dosa ready....
