Pillow cake - vanilla choco chunk cake - in sandwich maker

Kids love cake... Here is a kids favourite vanilla chocco chunk pillow cake..

As a the name goes here is a super soft, fluffy pillow cake made in a sandwich maker...

Yes...! You read it right... Cake in a sandwich maker..

Basic cake mixture, pouring the batter in a sandwich maker makes the more fluffy & quick snack to taste...

Ingredients :

. All purpose flour : 3 tblspn
. Super : 2 tblspn
. Egg : 1
. Milk 3 tblspn
. Oil 2 tblspn
. Dairy milk chocolate chopped 3 tblspn
. 3/4 tspn baking soda
. 3/4 tspn baking powder
. Vanilla essence few drops



Method :

Step 1
. Break 1 egg , add sugar and mix well..

. Step 2
Add milk & give a whisk

Step 3
. Add flour , baking soda, baking powder , vanilla essence, chocolate chunk & mix well.

Step 4
. Turn on the sandwich maker , brush oil over the tray

Step 5
. Pour the batter over the tray , close the sandwich maker & cook for 3-4 mins

Step 6
. After 3 mins, super fluffy pillow cake is ready...
