How tasty it is..? The chutney is a perfect combination for dosa or idlly...

There are many varieties of chutney... Here is a excellent taste of vegetables that taste absolutely delicious for dosa or idlly..

Brinjal bhaji is just made in just

Ingredients :

. Brinjal 2
. Potato 1
. Onion 1
. Green chilli 1
. Tomato 1
. Mustard
. Cumin
. Oil
. Salt

Method :

Step 1
. Chop all the veggies...



Step 2
 . Take a pressure cooker add oil Mustard, cumin



Step 3
. Add onion, green chilli & tomato saute untill soft...


Step 4
. Add brinjal & potato, salt & turmeric.


Step 5
. Add 1 - 1&1/2 cup water, allow 4-5 whistles


Step 6
. Mash well with a spatula...

Step 7
. Delicious brinjal bhaji is ready
..
