Wheat biscuits are very tasty and healthy biscuits...
These biscuits are very soft it is good for babies from 9 months+
These biscuits are made very easily, no kneading, no whisk, it's just mixing altogether and cutting into cookies size & bake it..
Ingredients :
. Wheat flour 1 cup
. Besan / gram flour 1/2 cup
. Powder sugar 1/2 cup
. Oil 1/2 cup
Method :
Step 1
. Take a bowl add wheat flour, gram flour, sugar & oil
Step 2
. Add oil & mix well...
Step 3
. Mix well
Step 4
. Trim 3 sides of a plastic bag or a take 2 parchment paper..
Step 5
. Place the dough in the centre and roll it into 1/2 inch thick sheet
Step 6
. Using a cookie cutter or a mini lid cut into cookie shapes
Step 7
. Arrange it in a baking tray and poke it with a fork..
Step 8
. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven @ 160°c for 18 mins..
Step 9
. Yummlicious wheat biscuits are ready to taste...
