Poha laddu - aval laddu - healthy snack

Aval laddu is a healthy and tasty snack.. kids will love to take it...

Aval / poha is an ingredient which taste good on all recipes..

Ingredients :

. Aval / poha 1 cup
. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
. Jaggery 1/2 cup
. Cardamom 2
. Cashew 5-6
. Ghee 2 tblspn


Method :

Step 1
. Take a pan, add ghee and roast cashews till it turn golden brown

Step 2
. Trasfer it into a bowl..


Step 3
. In the same pan into the ghee add poha and saute till crisp..

. Trasfer it into a bowl,...

Step 5
. In the same pan, dry roast coconut.



Step 6
. Trasfer in to abowl...



Step 7
. Let it cool down completely..

Step 8
. Add 2 Cardamom and trasfer into a jar



Step 9
. Grind into fine powder...
To that add jaggery...


Step 10
. Pulse it in the mixture jar for 4-5 times..


Step 11
. Add roasted cashews and mix well..


Step 12
. Make small balls



Step 13
. Yummlicious aval laddu is ready to bite...
