Milk naan is twist of taste .. bored of regular naan..
I have tried a naan with milk..
Came out really spongy, soft naan..
Tastes delicious with any paneer or non veg curry/ gravy
Ingredients :
. 1/4 cup milk
. 2 tblspn sugar
. 1 tblspn yeast
. 2 cup all purpose flour
. 1 tblspn milk powder
. 2 tblspn milk
. 1/2 tspn salt
. Warm water
. Oil / ghee - 1 tblspn
Method :
Step 1
. In a bowl add milk, sugar, yeast mix cover & rest it for 10 mins
Step 2
. Add flour,milk powder, milk,salt, blend it together by adding warm water little by little..
Step 3
. Knead it for 4-5 mins..make a soft dough... Rub some oil it.. cover & rest for 1 - 1&1/2 hrs..
Step 4
. After 1 hr ..
Step 5
. Knead for another 3 mins.. divide into equal size.. of 4-5 balls...
Step 6
. Roll it with a rolling pin..
Step 7
. Bake it on a tawa in medium flame...
Step 8
. Cook both the side...
. Take out apply butter / oil/ ghee over it...
Spongy milk naan ready...
