Masala Egg Rice - variety rice

Hi there...


Egg rice is a simple, quick lunch recipe..
Very simple ingredients.. simple sauteing and healthy too..

Eggs are your favourite... Then this recipe will be your favourite..

Variety rice is a great easy recipe for busy mom's like me...

I will pack this egg rice for lunch in just few minutes...
Without no smell of egg..

Ingredients :

. Egg 1
. Rice 1 cup
. Onion 1
. Tomato 1
. Ginger garlic paste 1 tspn
. Fennel seeds 1/2 tspn
. Curry leaves
. Salt
. Turmeric 1/2 tspn
. Chilli powder 1 tspn
. Oil 2-3 tblspn


Method :

Step 1
. Heat a pan add oil, & fennel seeds



Step 2
. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato & curry leaves. Saute well


Step 3
. Add salt, turmeric & chilli powder and let it cook for 2 mins


Step 4
. Move the masala to one side of the pan

Step 5
. Break an egg, add turmeric & salt to egg..


Step 6
. Mix well.. let it scramble..

Step 7
. Add fresh  cooked rice or leftover rice..

Step 8
. Combine well.. make sure all white rice is coated with masala

Step 9
. Take a spoon and taste your yummy masala egg rice..
