Peas paratha - kids breakfast recipe

Hi there...


Peas are my favorite... Cooks fast...
It can be added into any curry, rice, paratha & any salads...

Here peas paratha is also easy to make recipe.....

* Course : breakfast
* Prep time : 5 mins
* Cooking time : 3-5 mins
* Serve : 3 paratha

Ingredients :

To make dough:
. Wheat flour : 1 cup
. Salt : as required
. Oil : to Grease

To make the filling:

. Peas : 1 cup
. Salt : as required
. Garam masala : 1/2 tspn
. Green chilli : 1
. Turmeric : 1/2 tspn
. Cumin : 1/8 tspn
. Oil : 2-3 tblspn

Procedure :

Step 1
. Take  peas in a mixer jar along with green chilli grind well...


Step 2
. Heat a frying pan.. add oil, cumin, add the grinded paste, and turmeric, salt. & Garam masala... Give it a stir & cook for 2- 3 mins..
( Sprinkle 1 tblsn of water if required)


Step 3
. Turn off the flame, keep it aside ...

Step 4
. Take wheat flour in a bowl, add salt, water.. knead it into a smooth dough.. Grease some oil and let it rest for 2-3 mins

Step 4
. Take a small piece of dough... Place a spoon full of peas masala in the middle make it a ball ... And roll it flat...



Step 5
. Heat a tawa.. place the rolled paratha over it, add some oil, cook on both the sides...


Step 6
. Yummy , taste.. super fast peas parathas are ready...
