My son likes garlic broccoli very much... Very simple also tasty...
Ingredients :
. Broccoli : 250 grms
. Water : 2 cups
. Garlic : 5 clove
. Olive oil: 1 tblspn
. Salt : as required
. Pepper : 1 tblspn
Serve : 1 bowl
Method:
Step 1
. Cut broccoli into bite size..
Step 2
. Boil water in a vessel.. add in broccoli and stir for 2 mins,.
Step 3
. Turn off the flame.. strain the broccoli.. keep it aside..
Step 4
. Heat a frying pan, add olive oil, finely chopped garlic... saute for a min...
. Add broccoli into it & add salt and pepper.. saute for 2-3 mins..
Step 5
. Turn off the flame... Once it starts to shrink..
Healthy broccoli is ready...
