Banana panniyaram is a traditional south indian sweet breakfast...
Very instant to make ...
Ingredients:
. Banana : 2
. Sugar : 1/2 cup
. Wheat flour : 1 cup
. Rice flour : 2 tblspn
. Salt : a pinch
. Vanilla essence : 3/4 tspn
. Water : 3/4 cup
Serve: 10 - 15balls
Method:
Step 1
. In a mixer jar add chopped Banana and sugar... Blend into smooth paste.
Step 2
. Transfer the paste into a bowl, add wheat flour ,rice flour, vanilla essence, salt, mix well...
Step 3
. Heat a panniyaram skillet.. greace it with ghee...
Step 4
. Pour the batter into the skillet, cover and cook for 2-3 mins in medium flame...
. Flip the panniyaram to the other side... &Do not cover this time ..
Step 5
. Once it turns golden brown.. take it off from the skillet...
Yummy... Quick banana panniyaram is ready to taste...
Note : same batter can be made into a banana dosa or banana pancakes...
