Roasted Apple - kids snack

Hi there...

Roasted Apple is a quick receipe.
Healthy dish for kids school snack box..

I have used 1 shimla apple.. You can use any kind of apple..

Ingredients :
. Apple - 1
. Cinnamon powder - 3/4 tspn
. Sugar - 3/4 tspn
. Butter - 1/2 tspn

Method:

Step 1
. Slice an apple into moon shape, maximum of 12- 16 slices.

. Step 2
Arrange all the slices in a microwave safe bowl. Cover the bowl with cling flim.. Leave one finger gap at the sides.

. Step 3
Place the bowl in the microwave, and cook for 2 mins.

. Step 4
Once it is cooked.. Remove from the microwave add cinnamon powder and sugar mix well..

. Step 5
In a small frying pan and butter and saute the apples for just 2 mins.

. Step 6
Roasted apple is ready to taste..
