Nuts laddu / Babies weight gain laddu

Hi there...

Nuts laddu is a simple receipe, special y for babies after 12 months.. This can be given as a mid day snack.. 

Nuts laddu contain all the goodness of all necessary proteins & nutrients. Very healthy laddu for your babies...

Nuts laddu can be stored in the refrigerator for more than a month. Bring it to room temperature before before giving it to your kids/ babies


Ingredients:
. Peanut - 100 grms
. Badam - 50 grms
. Cashew - 50 grms
. Brown sugar - 50 grms
. Cardomon - 4
. Ghee - 1 tbspn

Serve : 1 laddu - 1 serve

Method:
Step 1
. Dry roast all the nuts with cardomon separately..
Step 2
. Trasfer small portion of nuts with cardomon and sugar into a mixer jar..

Step 3
. Grind the content for two minutes.. 

Step 4
. Grind all the nuts.

Step 5
. Trasfer the mixture to a plate, add 1 tablespoon of ghee to it..

Step 6 
. Mix well.. Make small balls... 

Step 7
. Nuts laddu is ready to taste.. It should stored in an airtight cointainer inside the refrigerator..

Healthy kids snack is ready to taste...
