Palak baji is an evening snack.
We used to buy green leaves/ keerai once a week..
During winters & rainy season I dont like having green leaves.. But this receipe suprised me...
The crunchy texture....tastes yum.. In this chill climate.. Try some hot, crispy palak baji with some chutney dip & hot tea. Yummmm....!!!
Ingredients :
. Palak leaves - 15 - 20 leaves
. Gram flour - 3 tblspn
. Rice flour - 1 1/2 tblspn
. Salt - as required
. Chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
. Asfoetida - 3/4 tspn
. Oil - to fry
Method:
. Step 1
Wash palak leaves & keep it aside
Step 2
. In a mixing bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, salt, chilli powder, & asfoetida.
Step 3
. Add water into bowl and make a liquidy paste.
Step 4
. Dip the leaves into the paste.
