Mushroom egg scramble

Hi there...

Mushroom egg scramble is a twist of taste from normal scrambled egg.

Mushroom contains good amount of potassium, iron and all important minerals.. 
Mushroom should be included in a kids diet atleast once in a week. But, Normally kids doesn't like mushroom in curry/kulambu. Serve mushroom this way kids will enjoy having mushroom..

Ingredients:
. Mustard : 1 tspn
. Fennel seeds : 1 tspn
. Onion : 1 finely chopped
. Green chillies : 2
. Gringer garlic paste : 1 tspn
. Curry leaves - few
. Salt - as required
. Turmeric - a pinch
. pepper - a pinch
. Oil - 1 tblsp
. Egg - 1
. Mushroom - 50 grms

Serve : 2 serve

Method : 

Step 1 
Heat a pan add oil to it.. Add mustard, fennel seeds and curry leaves to it..

Step 2
Once the seeds are popped add onion and sliced green chillies to it. Saute it till golden brown..

Step 3 
Add a salt and a pinch of Turmeric.. 

Step 4 
Add mushroom to it.. Saute it for 4-5mins.. 

Step 5
Once mushroos are cooked. Break an egg in the middle, add a pinch of salt & pepper over the egg.. 
Step 6
After few secs, stir the egg and mushroom.. Stir untill eggs are completely cooked.

Step 7
Mushroom egg scramble is ready to taste...
