Sweet wheat dosa

Hi there...
Sweet wheat dosa is my sons favorite school tiffin receipe..
When ever he is hungry, he immediately ask for this dosa.

Healthy filling receipe for 1yr + babies..

Not only healthy, quick to make..

Ingredients:
. Wheat flour - 3 tblsp
. Rice flour - 1 tblsp
. Semolina/ suji - 1 tblspn
. Brown sugar - 2 tblspn
nut powder - 1 tblspn
. Salt- 1 pinch
. Baking powder - 1 pinch
. Water - as required

Method:
Step 1
In a bowl add wheat flour, rice flour, semolina, brown sugar, nut powder, salt, baking powder
Step 2
Add water little by little to make a curdy consistency...
Step 3
Turn on the flame, heat the dosa pan

Step 4
Take a spatula full of the mix & Make a a dosa..

Step 5
Drizzle some ghee over it. This dosa cooks very fast. After 2 mins, flip the dosa to the other side... 
Step 6
Dosa ready... Transfer it to a serving plate.. Drizzle some honey over it and a pinch of nut powder to garnish.. 

Your kids will love this receipe..
