This is my simplified way of making Frish fry ....
Rather than deep frying fish.. it is always good to pan fry... Especially when you give for your kids..
One side we say fried food are unhealthy.. same ways deep fried fish also have its own disadvantages...
So i would always recommend fish to be pan fried...
Ingredients :
. Fish - 5 slices
. Salt - 1tspn
. Chilli powder : 2tspn
. Coriander powder : 1tspn
. Cumin powder : 1 tspn
. Ginger garlic paste : 1tspn..
. Oil - 2-3 tblspn
Serve : 5slices
Method:
step 1
. Wash the fish throughly with turmeric & tamarind water..
Step 2
. Take all the masalas in a plate, add 1tbspn
Step 3
. Coat the washed fish with the above masala paste...
Step 3
. Rest it in the fridge for 30mins
Step 4
. Heat a dosa pan.. add 1tbsn of oil, add the fish till nicely cooked, flip the side & cook.. untill it turn golden brown colour...
Healthy, tasty fish fry is ready...
