Egg Mughlai is a perfect side dish for any indian rotis and Paratha...
Wonderful treat for egg lovers...
I love to have the gravy just like that...
Ingredients :
. Eggs - 3
. Onion - 1
. Tomato - 2
. Ginger garlic paste - 1tblspn
. Salt- as required
. Chilli powder - 1 tblspn
. Turmeric - 1 tblspn
. Garam masala - 1/2 tblspn
. Cumin powder - 1/2 tblspn
. Fennel seeds - 1/2 tspn
. Butter - 1 tblspn
. Water - 3/4 cup
Serve : 2
Method :
Step 1
. Hard boil 2 eggs, save 1..
Step 2
.take the saved egg make an omelette..
With some salt and pepper ...
Step 3
. Trasfer into a serving plate..
. Heat a pan. Melt the butter, add fennel seeds, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato, cook till it gets soft...
Step 4
. Add turmeric, chilli powder, cumin, salt, garam masala... Mix well..
Step 5
. Add water & cook till it gets gravy consistency..
Step 6
. Take a hard boiled egg.. mash it in the gravy...
Step 7
. Take the last hard boiled egg.. slice them into circles.. place it on the gravy cook for another 3-4 mins..
Step 8
. Lets arrange..
. Take the plate with omelette...
. Above that add some gravy..
. Above the gravy add the sliced eggs
. Above that add the rest of all the remaining gravy...
. Garnish with cheese, coriander...
