Chickpea dosa / kondakadala dosa - Instant dosa

Hi there...

Chickpea dosa / kondakadala dosa is an instant dosa.. 
No fermentation... 

When you left with nothing to do for breakfast.. 
Plan this receipe the before night.. Next day breakfast problem solved..


Ingredients :
. Chickpeas - 1 cup
. Idlly rice - 1 cup
. Urud dhall - 1/4 cup
. Salt - 2 tblspn
. Garlic - 3 

Serve : 20 dosa

Method : 
Step 1
. Soak chickpeas, rice & urud dhall seperately for 8 hrs or overnight.
Step 2
. After 8 hrs, wash chickpeas, rice & urud throughly.

Step 3
. Add chickpeas and rice together into a mixer jar with 1 cup of water & garlic...
Step 4
. Grind this into a coarse paste texture..

Step 5
. Tranfer the mixture into a bowl.

Step 6
. Add urud dhall into the jar.. Grind it into smooth paste

Step 7
. Add the urud dhall paste into the same bowl.. Add salt mix well..

Step 8
. No need to wait for fermentation.. 
Start making dosa.. 


Step 9
. Heat the dosa pan.. Make dosa with ghee or oil..  Chickpea dosa is ready to serve.. 


Plain dosa with a twist in taste is ready to serve...
I have served with homemade gun powder..
