A simple and 100% healthy biscuits..
Wheat jaggery biscuits are healthy, and easy to make recipe..


These biscuits are no kneading, & no machine blending biscuits..
This dough is made very easily..

Combining all the ingredients and mix it together and baking it...

It completely optional to cut the biscuits upto your desired shape..
Or making small balls & giving it a gentle press makes the biscuits flat and baking it at perfect temperature..

Makes an absolute tasty & healthy biscuits..

Perfect snack for babies from 10 months+ to all age groups..

Ingredients :
. Wheat flour 1 & 1/2 cup
. Jaggery 1/2 cup
. Milk 1/2 cup - 2 tblspn
. Salt
. Ghee /melted butter 4-5 tblspn


Method :
Step 1
. Take ghee in a bowl


Step 2
. Add jaggery powder and mix well..


Step 3
. Mix well..


Step 4
. 1 tblspn warm milk and mix well..


Step 5
. Add flour, salt & vanilla esscence..


Step 6
. Mix with hands..


Step 7
. Add milk gradually and maje a soft dough..


Step 8
. Make small balls, give a gentle press and arrange it on a tray...



Step 9
. Bake it in a preheated oven @ 180°c for 18 mins..

Step 10
. Yummlicious wheat Jaggery biscuits are ready to taste...
