Soya kheema balls - vegetarian kheema

An interesting side dish..
Healthy less oil version of soya kheema..

These soya kheema balls are absolutely kids favorite..

100% proof.. My kids finished them all..

A regular way of fried kheema balls...
Boil the soya chunks, grind them add all favorite spices & masala...
Fry them in a panniyaram skillet

Want to try try extra crisp deep fry them in oil..

Ingredients :
. Soya chunks 1 cup
. Besan flour 1/2 cup
. All purpose flour 1/2 cup
. Oil 1
. Ginger garlic paste 1 tspn
. Chilli powder
. Coriander powder
. Garam masala
. Turmeric
. Salt
. Oil to fry
. Water to boil


Method :

Step 1
. Boil 3-4 cups of water, add turmeric & salt,

Step 2
. Add soya & boil for 4-5 mins


Step 3
. Rinse it in cold water & squeeze out excess water..


Step 4
. Transfer into a mixer jar and grind into fine chunks...


Step 5
. Add gram flour, rice flour onion& all the masala



Step 6
. Mix well without adding any water

Step.7
. Make small balls & fry them in a panniyaram skilled greased with oil.. ( less oil method)


Step 9
. Or else these can be deep fried in oil..


Step 10
. Yummy soya kheema balls ready...
