Energy bar - Granola bar

Hi...


Kids need a healthy snack, early in the morning...

A glass of milk is not enough... 
During exam time.. they need s lot more healthy nutrisions snack..

A healthy bar with  lots of protein & vitamin... With zero sugar, zero preservatives.. 

This energy bar a day gives lots of nutrition, it contains oats, nuts, honey, dates.. 


Ingredients :

. Instant Oats 1 cup
. Puffed rice 1/2 cup
. Chopped almonds 7-8
. Chopped cashew 7-8
. Honey 4-5 tblspn
. Seedless dates 4-5 chopped
 . Warm Water 2 tblspn

Method :

Step 1
. Chop the dates, trasfer into a mixer jar and add 2 tblspn of warm water and grind into fine paste...



Step 2
 . Chop all the nuts

Step 3
. Take a pan dry roast oats for 2-3 min


Step 4
. Trasfer into a bowl

Step 5
. Dry roast puffed rice for 2-3 mins


Step 6
. Transfer into a bowl



Step 7
.  Dry roast  nuts till they turn golden brown


Step 8
. Transfer into a bowl

Step 9
. Heat honey in the same pan, boil for 3 min.. till the honey dilutes...



Step 10.
Mix all the dry roasted ingredients into a bowl add grinded dates paste,& honey 




Step 11
. Combine well...


Step 12
. Grease a square pan with oil or butter ....

Step 13
. Trasfer the mix into the pan..
Press hard with the back of the spoon


Step 14
. Sprinkle some raisin or cranberry over... Gentle press..
. Refrigerate it to 3-4 hrs ... 

Step 15
. After 4 hrs, cut into bite size...


Step 16
. Delicious healthy oats granola bar ready...
