Bread pop, is a quick sback, and also great party snack..
Very easy to make, with just bread crumbs & mixing it with Coco powder..
Coasting it with chocolate Ganache, and dusting some dessicated coconut...
Ingredients :
Bread mixture :
. 4 slice bread
. 1&1/2 tspn of butter
. 2 tblspn of chocolate spread
. 2 tblspn of power sugar
Chocolate Ganache :
. 1/2 cup chopped chocolate
. 3/4 cup fresh cream
Dusting :
. Dessicated coconut : 2-3 tblspn
Method :
Step 1
. Cut the bread add it into a mixer jar, grind it into fine powder.
Step 2
. Into it add butter, chocolate syrup,sugar, mix into a soft dough
Step 3
. Make small balls, & refrigerate it for 30 mins to 1 hrs
Step4
. Take chopped chocolate & fresh cream heat it for 30 mins, mix and another 30 mins...
Step 5
. Insert a pop stick into the bread ball, dip into the chocolate Ganache.
Step 6
. In a plate spread the dessicated coconut.. roll the bread pop over it..
Step 7
. Refrigerate it for 30 mins..
. SUPER easy party snack is ready..
