Spring onion paratha - healthy paratha - kids tiffin box recipe

You would have enjoyed spring onions in soups & noodles.. but

Spring onion also can me add into paratha...

Superfast to make, healthy, & tastes delicious...


* Course : breakfast
* Prep time : 5 mins
* Cooking time : 2 mins

Ingredients :

. Wheat flour : 1 and 1/2 cup
. Spring onion : 1/2 cup
. Fennel seeds: 1/6 tspn
. Salt : as required
. Chilli powder: 1/2 tspn
. Garam masala : 3/4 tspn
. Water : to make dough
. Oil : 3 tblspn


Procedure :

Step 1
. Take flour on bowl add chopped spring onions, salt, chilli powder, garam masala, add water mix well and make a soft dough..

Step 2
. Take small ball out of it... Roll it flat...

Step 3
. Heat a tawa.. place the paratha.. drizzle oil &cook  on both the side..

Super healthy spring onion paratha is ready to taste...
