This Mutton gravy is south Indian style,
I have made it in a super fast, easy method.
When you want to make Mutton curry / kulambu for dinner , you got just 30 mins time. this recipe will save your day.
Ingredients :
. Mutton : 500 grm
. Onions : 1 or 2
. Tomato : 1
. Green chillies : 1
. Cinnamon : 1 inch
. Clove : 2
. Cardamon : 1
. Ginger garlic paste : 2 tblspn
. Turmeric : 1/4 tblspn
. Chilli powder : 1 tblps
. Coriander powder : 1 1/2 tblspn
. Garam masala : 1/2 tblspn
. Cumin powder : 1/4 tblpsn
. Salt - as required
. Oil - 1 tblspn
. Ghee - 2 tblspn
. Curry leaves - few
Method :
Step 1
. Heat a pressure cooker, add oil add 1/2 Ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder garam masala, cumin powder, Salt, mix well.
Step 2
. Add the washed Mutton pieces into pressure cooker, give a stir.
Add 1 cup of water.. allow 4 whistles.
Step 3
. Heat a frying pan, add ghee, cinnamon, clove, cardamon, curry leaves, add finely chopped onions, add ginger garlic paste, and Tomato, saute for 4-5 mins..
Step 4
. Turn off the pressure cooker, add all the content in the cooker to the pan.
Step 5
. Check for Salt, add water if required.
Cover & cook for 5 mins.
Step 6
. Turn off the flame, once it gets to gravy consistency.
Step 7
. Superfast Mutton gravy is ready to taste with rice or roti...
