Here is a quick healthy snack with simple ingredients...
Ingredients :
. Potato : 3-4
. Salt : 2 tspn
. Pepper : 1tspn
. Oregano : 1tspn
. Garlic : 3 clove
. Butter : 1 tblspn
. Chilli flakes : 1 tspn (optional)
Serve : 2 bowl
Method :
Step 1
. Boil potatoes, peel and cut it into finger shape..
Step 2
. Finely chop garlic
Step 3
. Heat a frying pan, add butter, garlic, oregano, saute for a min
Step 4
. Add chopped potatoes a, add salt &pepper. saute till it turns golden brown..
Step 5
. Tasty potato wedges are ready to serve..
