Caramel egg pudding is an interesting recepie. Especially for babies of 1+ egg is mandatory in their diet. Rather than boring boiled or omelette, this caramel egg pudding is a twist of taste and easy to make..
Ingredients:
. Egg - 1
. Milk - 50 ml
. Pam sugar - 3 tabls
. Water - 2 tabls
. Badam - 2
Method:
Step 1
In a pan add 2 tablespoons of pam sugar and 2 tabls of water, let it get caramelized(brown colour) add 2 tbsp of water and make it liquidy.
Step 2
Trasfer it into few steam safe bowls
Step 3
In a mixer jar break 1 egg, add 50 ml of milk & add 1 tbls of pam sugar in it. Blend it together.
Step 4
Add the blended mix in the caramel bowls.
Step 5
Place the idly steamer/ steamer, turn on the flame, once the water boils. Place these bowls into it. Cover & cook for 30 mins..
Step 6
Turn off the flame. Remove the bowls from the steamer. Place it in the refrigerator for atleast 1 hr
Step 7
Garnish it with some sliced badam.. Caramel egg pudding is ready to serve..
