In summer we like to drink lots of water, as watermelon contains loads & loads of water. Good water substitute. watermelon will just melts in the mouth. So hydrating & very healthy drink for the season.
Watermelon sorbet is an another inovative way to take watermelon.
3 ingredients recipe.
Watermelon sorbet :
Ingredients :
Watermelon
2-3 tblspn honey
2 tbldpn hot water
Method :
Step 1
. Buy fresh watermelon
Step 2
. Cut into small cubes
Step 3
. Arrange it in a plate
Step 4
. Freeze it overnight
Step 5
. Next day, trasfer the cubes into mixer jar
Step 6
. Add honey, gradually add hot water & blend into smooth paste
Step 7
. Do not add too much water
Step 8
. Trasfer into a freezer safe container and freeze it over night.
Step 9
.. Watermelon sorbet is ready.
Step 10
. It good to wait, scoop out the sorbet & ready to taste.
