Paneer Cheese paratha - healthy breakfast - kids breakfast

Hi...


Kids always wanted different recipe..

They hate try the same food, they like to have a twist of taste...

I normally make a regular recipe...
And I make a to it. .. my kids will love it... That taste different & delicious to them...

A normal & basic paneer paratha with a twist of taste.. 

Ingredients :

To make dough:

. Wheat flour : 1/2 cup
.  Salt
. Water
. Oil to Grease & cook

Stuffing :

. Paneer 3-4 tblspn
. Fined chopped onion 1
. Chilli flakes
. Salt
 . Mixed herbs 1/2 tspn
. Cheddar cheese 3-4 tblspn

Method:

Step 1
. Take a bowl, add the flour water & salt.. knead into a smooth dough..

Step 2
 . Grease it with oil and rest for few min..

Step 3
. Take a Bowl add paneer, onion  chilli flakes, mixed herbs, cheese, and salt mix well..



Step 4
. Roll out 2 chappathi with the wheat dough...



Step 5
. Place the paneer stuffing in the centre...


Step 6
. Wet the edge with water, place another chappathi over it


Step 7
  . Heat a dosa tawa and cook the paratha bothsides drizzle some oil. 



Step 8
. Flip the paratha and cook the other side...

Step 9
  . Yummlicious paneer cheese paratha ready...
