Egg cheese paratha - kids breakfast recipe

Hi there...

Egg cheese paratha, instant breakfast,

Make a dough with wheat flour, stuff with egg and cheese mixture..
With salt & pepper

Ingredients :

To make dough :

. Wheat flour : 1/2 cup
. Water : as required
. Salt : as required

Stuffing :
. 1 egg
. 2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
. 1/2 cup spring onion
. Parsley
. Salt
. Pepper


. Serve : 2- 3 paratha
. Serve hot
. Side dish : ketchup, raita


. Prep time : 5  mins
. Cooking time : 2-3 mins

Procedure :

Step 1
. Add flour. Water, salt mix together and smake a soft dough

Step 2
. In another bowl add onion, spring onion, salt, pepper, egg , cheese mix altogether..

Step 3
. Make small ball with the dough, roll it flat..

Step 4
. Heat a tawa place the rolled paratha over it, drizzle some oil,

Step 5
. Place 2 spoon full of egg mixture in the middle of the paratha..

Step 6
. Fold on all four side in to rectangle or square shape..

Step 7
. Cook on both sides..

Step 8
. Egg cheese paratha ready...
