Instant Ragi dosa - Finger millet dosa

A very instant crispy ragi dosa /finger millet dosa.

A healthy quick to make dosa recipe..

Ragi /finger millet are good source of nutrients for kids..
Ragi contains good amount of fiber content, the vitamins & fibers in ragi are very essential nutrients for kids..

So here is a yummy crispy ragi dosa..

Ingredients :

. Ragi flour : 1 cup
. Suji / semolina : 1/2 cup
. Rice flour : 1/2 cup
. Curd : 1/2 cup
. Onion finely chopped
. Curry leaves
. Green chilli : 1-2
. Salt
. Hing
. Coriander leaves few
. Water 1-2 cups
. Oil- to drizzle

Method :


Step 1
. In a bowl add ragi

Step 2
. Add rice flour, suji & curd mix well



Step 3
 . Add chopped onion, chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves..


Step 4
. Add salt, water, make into dripping consistency..




Step 5
. Heat a tawa.. to very high temperature




Step 6
. Pour the batter, drizzle some oil




Step 7
. Cook on bothsides..

Step 8
 . Crispy ragi dosa ready..
