Aloo roti - potato chappathi - healthy breakfast

Aloo Roti is a super easy delicious recipes...

Aloo are nothing but potatoes in Hindi.. it is a north indian breakfast..

Mixing all ingredients in one bowl, and making flat rotis..

Tastes yummlicious...

Ingredients :

. Boiled potatoes : 2-3
. Wheat flour: 2& 1/2 cups
. Onion 1
. Chilli  1( optional)
. Curry leaves few
. Coriander leaves few
. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tblspn
. Turmeric 1/2 tspn
. Chilli powder 1 tspn
. Coriander powder 1/2 tspn
. Cumin powder 3/4 tspn
. Garam masala 3/4 tspn
. Salt
. Oil
. Water 3/4 cup


Method :

. Step 1
. Take boiled potatoes, peel the skin& mash it with a fork...



Step 2
. Add wheat flour into the same bowl

Step 3
. Add in onion, chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves & ginger garlic paste


Step 4
. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, Coriander powder, garam masala, cuming powder & salt



Step 5

. Add water gradually & knead into a soft dough


Step 6
. Add a tspn of oil and greace the dough

Step 7
. Take small ball of dough, roll it flat..



Step 8
. Heat a tawa, cook the roti on bothsides drizzle some oil or ghee over it..

Step 9
. Delicious super yum aloo roti ready...
