There are various ways to make egg paratha... here is a simplified version...
Healthy & Super fast recipe..
* Course : breakfast
* Prep time : 5 min
* Cooking time : 2 + 3 mins
Serve : 2 serve
Ingredients :
To make dough :
. Wheat flour : 1 cup
. Oil : 1 tsp
. Salt : 3/4 tspn
. Water : 1/2 cup
Egg mixture :
. Egg : 2
. Salt : 3/4 tspn
. Pepper : 1/2 tspn
. Parsley : 1 tspn
. Oil : 1 tblspn
Procedure :
Step 1
. Take wheat flour in a bowl and add water and salt make a soft dough, greace it with oil and rest it for 5 mins
Step 2
. Take a small piece of the dough... Roll it flat...
. Heat the dosa put the rolled paratha.. add some ghee and let it cook in both side.. keep it aside..
Step 3
. In a bowl break the egg, add salt, pepper and parsley... Beat it well..
Step 4
. Heat a dosa tawa, add ghee or butter pour half of the egg mixture...
And palce the cooked chappathi over it
Step 5
. Pour the rest of the egg mixture over the chappathi and spread the egg..
Once the below side is cooked.. flip the chappathi and cook the other side too
Step 6
. Once it is done on both sides, turn of the flame... And roll the paratha..
Step 7
. Cut into 1 inch size ... Egg paratha is ready to pack...
